A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free of cost (within a certain limit). We will migrate your site(s) to our topflight cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that switching web hosting providers can lead to lost information and unwanted network downtime. For this reason, we’ll accomplish all that for you for free!We’ve got experienced administrators whose sole responsibility is to make certain that your website functions exactly as it did on your old hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–made sites, as well as sites that are based on popular scripts such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: While we cannot give you an exact time window, since there are plenty of factors, among them the physical size of the files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll give our best to move your web site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (if the website content is not very large).

A: We do not gather any sensitive information. We will require, however, the login information for your old web hosting account as well as the name of the web site that you’d like to transfer.

A: Your website will continue to work exactly like it did before with your old hosting provider. Once we are done with the transfer, your site will be configured to work on our web hosting platform and we will alert you to preview it. If everything is working properly, all you will have to do is edit the name server records pertaining to your domain name. Your web site will be migrated over to us without any downtime.

A: Nope. Aside from your login info for the Control Panel, we don’t need anything. We’ll never touch base with your web hosting provider. They will not know anything about the migration either.

A: We can migrate your web site from any hosting provider or any Linux–powered hosting platform as long as we can gain access to the Control Panel and there is File Transfer Protocol access available.The only web sites that we are unable to migrate are the ones based on closed–source software apps such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
